Our high performance reactors

In every chemical process, the reaction is the starting point of the industrial process. Emulsifying, homogenizing or dispersing operations are carried out under vacuum, pressure, heating or cooling and are controlled by the installation’s supervision system.

EfCI reactors: presentation of our solutions

The objective of the reactors is to provide the best possible environment to promote the chemical reaction.
Our reactors are designed to optimize these steps by working on three main performance factors, namely:

  • High performance mixing with different agitator profiles and counterpastes
  • A high degree of finish with a maximum reduction of retention areas
  • Efficient heat exchange associated with high/low pressure and vacuum
    more or less advanced

When necessary, we propose to refine the dimensioning of the reactor by a service of analysis by fluid simulation CFD. The objective is to push the performance of the installation to the maximum.

In addition to these process requirements, the reactors are often the key equipment of our customers, requiring exceptional operability and reliability. Finally, each chemical process is specific and the reactors must be perfectly adapted to the product and customer requirements.
