In every chemical process, the reaction is the starting point of the industrial process. Emulsifying, homogenizing or dispersing operations are carried out under vacuum, pressure, heating or cooling and are controlled by the installation’s supervision system.

Mixing performance
EfCI has developed various specific mixing solutions that can be adapted to all types of products. These solutions include the stirring blades and have been carefully studied through analyzed 3D flow simulations to optimize the mixing. We offer a complete range of agitation solutions in order to provide the customer with a wide technical choice in terms of positioning (tank top, side or bottom) and geometry (multi-stage propellers, turbines, anchors, counter-poles, etc.).
Heat exchange
The reaction often has to be done at specific temperatures and with specific heating and cooling cycles. EfCI offers various solutions to maximize heat exchange, including double shell and half shell solutions. Our designers take great care to avoid “cold spots” and to optimize heat flow.
Operability
EfCI has always made sure that the customer can use our equipment with the best possible operability rate. To achieve this, the design, choice of materials and equipment, and construction are at the heart of EfCI’s strategy.
