Powder and liquid sample outlets

Sampling is used to it to extract a product specimen during the manufacturing cycle for analysis. By avoiding any opening of the device, any risk of contamination for the operator and the product is eliminated, thus optimising production. Positioned on the dome, the ferrule or on the bottom of the device, the sample can be used to analyse the chemical composition of the cake in order to better control the operation in progress.

EFCI sampling: presentation of our solution

Often installed on filters, dryers or reactors, sampling is essential to optimise one or more stages of a process. Several parameters thus need to be controlled:

  • Moisture percentage and solvent content in the drying phase
  • Progress of a chemical reaction
  • Progress of a mechanical operation (homogeneity of a mixture)
