The filtration area of the filters can vary from 0.005 m² to 10 m² depending on your needs. Their operation under pressure (filtration stage) and vacuum (drying stage) allows a quick treatment of the product.
Our agitator blades are carefully designed using fluid dynamics simulation software. The singular shape of our blades makes them a specificity of EfCI, and ensures a better efficiency in the smoothing, drying and debatizing of the cake.
Depending on the product to be processed, we also offer a three-blade agitator. During the drying phase, the shaft and the agitators are heated to increase the heat exchange surface.
The inside of our filters is equipped with CIP cleaning nozzles or a cleaning ramp. The shaft can be equipped with bellows. Depending on the quality required and the products to be treated, EfCI offers several types of alloys for the design of the filter (304L, 316L, C22 alloy, etc.)
The filtration background is also a specificity of EfCI. It is designed with great care. Computer-aided studies have been carried out to optimize flow, heat and filtration capacity while ensuring non-contamination of the product. Our filters can be equipped with polypropylene fabric or sintered metal media.
